is specified on the inlet
spacing charts? |

Everything remains the same
when a waterfall is
installed upside down. |
5.
What are the advantages to
using ABS falls? |
· |
ABS creates a
larger projection |

Less
expensive |

ABS holds up
much better in sunlight than
the competitor’s PVC falls |
6.
On a bottom inlet in ABS,
what could be a reason for
the flow to be weak in the
middle of a unit? |
· |
All
ABS bottom inlets should
have 1 inlet for every
24" of length. |
7.
After how many feet does an
ABS waterfall need to be
installed in the field? |
· |
20'
plus, or when fall is

Can a corner spill edge be
made with any angle? |
· |
No. We can
make a corner spill edge
with a 90 deg. corner or
larger. We can’t guarantee
that the 90 deg. corner will
flow. Anything sharper than
90 deg. can’t be made. |

1.
What is the inlet spacing
for the 3000 series metal? |
· |
Inlets are
located every 2’ |
2.
What gauge metals do we use? |
· |
Stainless: 14
gauge .075 (3000 series 12
gauge .105) |
· |
Copper/Brass:
13 gauge .093 |
3.
Do Stainless Steel falls
rust? |
· |
Generally,
stainless does not rust.
Most times, rust is caused
by deposits that are left on
the falls from calcium
build-up and the deposits
then rust. The falls can be
cleaned by using a Scotch-Brite
pad. When stainless steel
falls do rust it is
generally along the welds. |
4.
Is there a minimum lip
length for a metal curved
vessel? |
· |
Yes, 3” lip |
5.
Can brass and copper be
polished? |
· |
No. The only
available finishes for brass
and copper are brushed or a
patina. |
6.
What are the advantages to
using metal falls? |
· |
“No Drip
Lip” prevents water from
running underneath the fall,
therefore eliminating scale
deposits on the wall |
· |
Metal falls
create a smoother sheet of
water due to the “free
flow” baffle and water
compression design |
· |
Metal falls,
when running or turned off,
are more visually appealing |
7.
Is there a minimum lip
length for open top
waterfalls? |
· |
Yes, 3” lip
is the minimum. |
8.
Which is stronger, brass or
copper? |
· |
Brass |
9.
Which metal unit is best
used with a salt water
filtration system? |
· |
Copper
or Brass |
10.
Can open-top waterfalls have
a polished or patina finish? |
· |
Polished,
No |
· |
Brushed
& Patina, Yes |
11.
What is the longest SS we
can make in one piece? |
· |
20 ft |
12.
Can we put inlets on the top
of the unit? |
· |
No.
It will not flow correctly. |

14.
Do we offer fiber optics? |
